Don't get excited about Vince Young

Here is the depth chart for the WR core for TN:

WR2	1.	David Givens Sidelined 5/10/2007 4:51:00 PM David Givens (torn ACL and broken femur) admitted Thursday that he doesn't think he'll be ready in time for Week 1. Givens had a second knee surgery six weeks ago and is recovering slower than expected. "My expectations are to be back at some time this season, I don’t know exactly when," he said. "It is kind of a week-to-week thing right now." Givens had been walking with a cane until just two weeks ago. He is a candidate for the Physically-Unable-to-Perform list.

That is pretty atrocious, but does not include rookies:

None of those guys are turning my head right now. Worse yet, news comes out today that David Givens is probably not going to start the regular season because of complications in recovery from knee surgery.

I wouldn't go valuing Vince Young very highly next year - I didn't even talk about their RB's (Chris Henry, rookie; LenDale White, underachieving Soph).
